Small program size ensures individual attention, maximizing development.

Rockwood FC Fall/Winter Development soccer program will focus on developing players’ soccer skills in line with Ontario Soccer’s Long Term Player Development model.  The program will focus on providing a well structured, positive and FUN learning environment while allowing players to work on developing their agility, balance, coordination and speed.  Each week sessions will emphasize a theme and have been designed to develop players’ soccer coordination & technique through a variety of activities as well as small-sided games.  Please ensure your player has indoor shoes, shin guards and a water bottle.
