Looking for a way to stay involved in the game while earning money and building leadership skills?

Rockwood FC is looking for referees!

To officiate matches, you must complete a referee certification course, including online training and an in-person session.

Referee Certification Levels

Small-Sided Referee (Ages 12+)

Officiate U8-U11 matches (5v5 or 7v7)
Annual registration fee: $50
Certified & hosted by Ontario Soccer
Based on the Laws of the Small-Sided Game (7v7)
No offside or assistant referee instruction.
You must be 12 years old by March 31 to register

Entry Level Referee (Ages 14+)

Officiate U12+ matches (9v9 or 11v11) or work as an Assistant Referee (AR)

Certified by Canada Soccer, hosted by Ontario Soccer

Based on FIFA Laws of the Game, including offside and disciplinary actions

You must be 14 years old by March 31 to register
