PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE DECEMBER 2021
Thank you for the privilege of serving RFC as your new President. A few comments.
My responsibility as President is to provide leadership to RFC that ensures we continue
to grow, prosper and provide a healthy environment for our community’s youth to enjoy
the wonderful game of soccer.
I also want to make sure that everyone knows what we are doing, where we are going
and how we plan to get there.
A few key objectives for the upcoming year.
We need to grow the participation of our younger age groups (U2 – U12)
*We need to grow our volunteer base to ensure a healthy club future
*We need to continue to develop our competitive teams (Elite & Rep)
*We need to improve our overall communication, both to you and from you.
*We need to do a better job of marketing RFC to encourage future growth
With your support I believe we can continue to build the positive reputation and success
that RFC has enjoyed.
I welcome your feedback, comments, suggestions, ideas.
